Bharata Laundry reviews

The best laundry in Ubud! The value, service, and even the scent are perfect. Because I had to move to Kuta the next day, I used the 12-hour Express service for about 5kg (4.9kg) of laundry. The bill was only Rp122.500 (about 10,000 KRW), so I was surprised by the price — and twice as surprised by the quality! When I received my laundry, the scent was so fresh it made me genuinely happy. They ironed everything perfectly, folded it neatly with sharp creases, and even wrapped it in plastic bags. After that I tried a laundry near my stay in Kuta, but I was disappointed: they charged much more and the scent was not as nice. Now that I am back in Kuta and can compare the two, I realize how honest and outstanding this laundry service is.

I came here to wash my clothes, and because the shop is newly opened, it is much cleaner and more comfortable than other laundries I have visited. The staff are very friendly and the prices are fair. Most importantly, they cleaned my clothes extremely well. I am very happy with the service and will definitely recommend this place!

I had an outstanding experience with this laundry service. They came to pick up my clothes and returned them within the agreed time — very clean, neatly folded, and best of all, the scent was amazing! The service is punctual, fast, and very convenient, especially when traveling. I am truly happy with the result and the professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone in Bali looking for a reliable laundry!

The owner carefully treated stains again and again. In the end, he made my clothes perfectly white. After that I brought more very dirty clothes and ordered a bleaching cycle. Surprisingly, everything came back whitened.

Efficient, communicative, and affordable. And the clothes came back WITHOUT a chemical smell. Good people.

Service and communication on WhatsApp were excellent. Fair prices, and they picked up and delivered to the hotel on time. Clothes and shoes came back clean and fresh.

A very good experience with this laundry. Clothes were washed clean, ironed, and smelled wonderfully fresh. A hot-water wash is available on request.

This is the best laundry service. Great service, clean and fresh clothes, fast turnaround, and the best prices — and it is only a 4-minute walk from Alaya Resort in Ubud, Bali.

They offer free pick-up and delivery after washing. The price is very affordable, starting from only Rp10.000 per kilogram. Clothes are washed very clean, and even without ironing they are folded neatly. What surprised me most is that they proactively separated my socks from the rest of the clothes — highly recommended! Contacting them on WhatsApp is easy and truly reliable! If you need laundry in Ubud, please try this newly opened shop.

The staff are friendly, the service is fast, and the wash and care are perfect. I will definitely come back.
